Information on visiting The Record Office from 11th October 2021
Our opening hours have returned to normal, except we are closed 12.30 - 13.30 for cleaning and ventilation. Searchroom capacity has been increased and there is now no need to book. The health and wellbeing of visitors and staff remain our key priority and we continue to encourage social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. Please see 'Visit Us' for more details, including opening hours. We look forward to welcoming back more visitors.
£25 per half day or £50 per full day.
We have a meeting room available for hire with internet access and use of a networked whiteboard. Please note that a day booking is 9.30-4.30. A half-day booking is am: 9.30-12.30 or pm: 1.30-4.30. The Record Office is closed on a Friday. An hourly rate and out-of-hours bookings can be arranged by separate negotiation. Email: email@example.com for a booking form.
Additional equipment is available plus use of a kitchen and crockery etc if required. Further details can be found on the booking form. There are drinks machines available in the Reception area providing hot and cold drinks.
